Online orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Depending on the shipping level you choose, it can take up to 7 days for the package to actually get to you. Please note that shipping transit times exclude weekends, and please allow for increased transit time around holidays.
Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday. Online orders with expedited shipping will be delivered on business days. Orders placed after 12pm (Eastern Time) will be processed the following business day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a Fedex tracking number.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses for the time being.

When returning merchandise, please obtain a return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Wonderhood. Please repack the item(s) you are returning in the original shipping box or a similar box and include the RMA. Note that shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap fees, and taxes paid are not refundable.
